Assured Performance has established a comprehensive network of Certified auto body shops through the development of a dedicated Inspectors team across the country. These inspectors conduct on-site evaluations on behalf of Assured Performance, serving as vital representatives of the program. As an Inspector, your role extends beyond inspection; you act as a Program and Company Ambassador, upholding the standards and integrity of the network.

The on-site inspection process is an essential element of the certification procedure. It provides both Assured Performance and partnering automakers with the necessary documentation and verification to assess and approve qualified repair shops nationwide.

Collaborating with several leading automakers, Assured Performance aims to identify, certify, and promote reputable repair facilities through a unified program. We work closely with these manufacturers to ensure that modern vehicles are repaired by shops equipped with appropriate tools, advanced training, and suitable facilities—factors critical to restoring vehicles according to manufacturer specifications. This ensures optimal fit, finish, durability, safety, and value upon repair.

Automaker partners have authorized Assured Performance to establish a national network of Certified shops founded on verified qualifications and manufacturer-specific standards—criteria that are essential for properly repairing today’s complex vehicles. Safety and vehicle integrity are non-negotiable requirements. Shops that meet these rigorous standards can attain Assured Performance Certification and gain official recognition from multiple automakers—all through a single program at an accessible cost.

The objective of this initiative is to foster business growth and certification through an innovative “Collision Care” service model. The operating standards for Assured Performance Collision Care encompass Business Requirements, Customer Service Quality, Technical Proficiency, and Regulatory Adherence. To achieve certification, a body shop must demonstrate compliance with each of these standards before being officially recognized and promoted to consumers as a “Certified Collision Care Provider.”
